I report a ***** case ref *** at Standard Bank. The ***** department informed me that they only going to pay 25% back and if I accept it the amount will be paid back in 48 hours in my bank account. I accept he offer on 2026/04/29. On the 10th of May 2026 I am still waiting for my money and the bank even had charge me with finance cost and I am charge a fee for late payment. What strange what they promise on their correspondence is an absolute lie 48 hours is now almost two weeks.
