I regret taking my bond with standard bank

Firstly standard bank is not honouring the installment agreed to as per contract i signed and none of their consultants or financial advisors can explain to me why this is happening, I have spent days and long hours phoning and asking for paper work that proves I agreed to what standard bank is debiting on my account. I started repaying my bond 26 February 2015 and I have never received a single monthly statement no matter how many times i asked for it. The cosmo city mall branch put me on a phone with a consultant from home loans after they told that Standard bank does not have home loans consultants at branches. I dont mind paying a bit extra but on if it is for my benefit. I wrote a complaint online and no one came back to me regarding this issue.
