I regret taking a home loan with Standard Bank

I app**** for a building loan with Standard bank, this was Late 2014/early 2015. I rarely received any sort of communication up until recently besides them informing me that they making payment to the builder of my house. I was called in for the first time early this year because I needed to take up a life cover. Briefly advised on interim interest how it works etc. Was told that it will be deducted or included in my bond repayments which will begin once the house is completed. I then received an sms on the 18th July stating that the first deduction will be on the 23 Aug 2016. On the 23 July 2016, a debit order towards the home loan went off. I called in to inq but was advised though it was a mistake, it won't be refunded reason being that I am in arrears from November 2015 (Interim interest). I told them what I was advised when I came in and that in any case, I didn't receive any sort of communication whatsoever regarding these payments I was suppose to make apparantly. After numerus calls to fix this matter, I emailed a letter of complaint to the company on the 10 August 2016 which was received, however I haven't received a response from anyone. I can't cancel the damn thing, so I am stuck with them for 30 years. 30 years of pathetic service. I look at the ****** house and I just wanna get rid of it. I am so annoyed, dissappointed and don't want anything to do with this bank anymore. ***** loyalty cause ever since I openned a bank account, it was with them, but treated like I don't matter. ****** 13.5% interest rate on the bond repayments. This is utter **** seriously.
