I register a claim on my Standard Bank Hospital plan
I register a claim on my Standard Bank Hospital plan. Yvonne Hugo assisted me, explained requirements and process. She notified me on the same day that claim was registered, answered my email immediately and informed me of payment date and time. She conducted herself in a professional manner throughout and it was a pleasure dealing with her.
