I paid up my loan but they handed me over to ITC

my name is Silas Solani Shiburi<br> In October 2013 I app**** for a loan in Standard bank trade route mall, it was a short term loan which was supposed to be finished in October 2014, monthly I was paying R1200 but to my surprise I find out that they listed me on ITC saying I owe then R1200, how can I owe them because they were deducting monthly from my bank as I bank with them?<br> I went to STD bank Maponya mall on the 8th September and they called their head office in Simmonds, they said they cannot print my statement because my account is closed. how can it be closed if I'm still owing you and they were no interest charged<br> <br> can someone call me and remove my name from ITC as you are playing with my credit record.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Silas Shiburi
