I need help please

I need help. I please need someone with a heart to help me. I have vehicle finance with Standard Bank. Unfortunately, there were issues at my work and I was without work for a while. This has now changed. I am finally at a place to meet my required debit orders monthly. My account was looked at and up until last month Debits was at R9400. I received an instruction from a debt collector that I can't just pay my debit order any more. I now either need to sell my car or surrender it to the bank. My life has been hard for a while and now that I can pay for this car. The option to do so has been taken away from me. I am even willing to sign a document that if I do miss one payment going forward, the vehicle will be surrendered immediately. I just want to pay for my car and put this all behind me. I am willing to meet the required amount and even more. Please show me that Standard Bank is not just an empty cold corporation but also has a heart for the people.
