I need answers

I received an instruction from SSA-LAW firm to issue a levy clearance certificate as the property was forsale.As a member of the Granada Body Corporate I informed SSA-LAW that the client needs to update the levy as they were owing. SSA-LAW sent me proof of payment for the 30th May 2024 of R17220. They had a balance of R1000 which they paid on the 13th June 2024 and again they provided a proof of payment. On the 14th June I issued a levy clearance certificate. I received the Body corporate statement only to find the money was not in our account. Now I'm being sent back and forth from standard bank who is the sender and fnb which is the receiver. The SSA-LAW firm says there's nothing else they can do from their side as the money was sent. Question: who do I turn to now. The money hasn't come into the Body Corp account and I don't know where should I follow up thos problem?
