I NEED A NEW BANK

I was charged a statement fee of R30 when I didn't request a statement and that led to my transaction declining at the POS and was charged an additional R7.00 when I technically had money in my account.<br> <br> I loaded my query on the standard bank website and no one responded and complianed at the branch and even that didn't help.<br> <br> I THINK I NEED A NEW BANK....Cn't go on like this
