i must pay a fee because the ATM is out of order?

Today i went to deposit money into my std bank account, i had cash and wanted to do it through the atm so that 1) i wouldnt have to stand in a long queue inside the bank and 2) so that i wouldnt have to pay anyone for their services.<br> The ATM did not work so i had to go into the branch, i was charged R30 for teller fees.<br> <br> im angry, because i paid because the ATM didnt work, who's fault is it? Mine? i dont think so! <br> Refund my R30 NOW you useless money grabbing **** of the earth bank.
