I'm still waiting for insurance schedule

Is there a reason why Standard Bank cannot give me a copy of the insurance policy for which I am paying for? I never received a copy since inception (around May/June 2015). I requested a copy on 15/08/2015 - refer to your SR Ref No ***6.<br> I can point out that it has been more than a month, which is shocking service on all levels.
