I lodged aclaim on the 1st of April but my car is still with the panel beater

I lodged a claim on the 1st April 2015 but it's still with the panel beater, Martin authorised other panel beater to take it from the one my car was at without informing me and he said to them I authorised it and I'm responsible for the storage of R11000.00
