I have to pay excess for a defective Geyser

10 months ago a geyser was replaced under warranty, the so called new geyser was installed.<br> <br> Now the so called new geyser has burst and I am expected to cough up a R750 Excess. I believe either I was given a defective or used Geyser or perhaps it was installed incorrectly.<br> <br> Now I am told that I must pay R750 when the warranty is still valid by the manufacturer.
