I have never experienced such terrible service at Standard Bank Birch Acres branch

I have never experienced such terrible service at Standard Bank Birch Acres branch. We got to the branch at 12h40 and we were told to start queueing outside. We waited until 13h20 only to be told that they can't assist because the bank is closed. We didn't go there for anything related to an account but only to get a document stamped by bank.Throughout the time we were waiting outside the consultant who advised us to wait didn't even come out once to provide any feedback. Another consultant who was supposedly in training didn't even bother to address us instead gave us attitude when we tried find out what was happening. Only when I started shouting did the consultant see fit to stamp the document for us. I'm utterly disappointed by the level of service we received especially for something that would take less than 5 minutes. The level of attitude amongs the consultants is terrible. This is worst experience that I have ever dealt with.
