I have called emailed and had no help from standard bank

I have called emailed and had no help from standard bank. I booked airtickets and because they changed insurance providers. I cant get covered. I used Standard bank to buy my tickets. Standard bank must get involved and sort this out. It's not my problem who is the insurance provider. I used Standard bank
