I HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO.

My Bank My standard Bank has really disappointed me. I have two accounts with Stankard bank and today happened to be one of those days and I was the victim. I ran a transaction at a Standard Bank ATM and for whatever reason I forgot my card in the ATM. Only to realise later when trying to pay something in another store. Quickly went back to the standard bank branch in Polokwane, city Center shopong complex and I blocked my card. I then wanted to know my right as a client and a security officer did assist but also took me to the manager'so office as he thought I didon't not believe him, he claimed. Now here is my problems:
(1) the manager in that branch showed No remouse what so ever that I lost the money.
(2) He did not give me attention and the only two reasons that makes sense now are (a) I am a black guy and I don't make sense (B) The way I dressed indicated to him that I should not be given attention.
I wonder if this is how we are treated by our banks when we are nine desperate situation. I feel I was not treated well based on the reasons mentioned above and I really need to be give an explanation as to why should I or any pEpson be treated like that by the institution they trust. The incident happened early today but I had to really take time to reflect on the activities to avoide being emotional. I lost money here and I am of the view that the person who withdraw my money could be a standard bank client as he or she got to the ATM after me with the intention to do his or her transect. The ***** department is yet to contact me as well which puzzels me it's now passed over 12houra with NO action from standard and bank. One more thing, can't we have the card before we have the slip as this create a lot of sequence dilema? I am really disappointed with standard bank. All I wanted to know from the guy who I was told is the manager was my right as a customer. But unfortunately my skin and how I dressed really denied me the respect I deserve.
