I have been with Standard Bank for as long as I can remember

I have been with Standard Bank for as long as I can remember. Recently, I took out vehicle finance with them. Everything went fine until I saw the interest rate of my financing. Needless to say that I was shocked and the dealer too. He asked me why would your own bank give you such a rate when you are so long already, a customer of them. I am not so well clued up with these things, so I let it slide. I got some advice and now I am so discouraged by Standard Bank. To think that I am with them for 24 years already. They still giving me such **** rates. Even with loans. I am very very disappointed in them. I am going to cut ties with them rather sooner than later...😔😔😥
