I have been left in the lurch again.

It is me again. My problem as still not been resolved. I was dealing with David who was helping me resolve my issue, he then disappeared and I got a call from a lady in the credit card department who said that she would stick with me and sort my problem out. She admitted the STD bank had not dealt with a technical issue like mine before and they were a bit flawed on how to fix it. But she did promise to get back to me. I was in Pick n Pay when she called so of cause I have forgotten her name and would really appreciate it if she could call me back. its been over a week since I heard from her. <br> Please, can someone call me.
