I have a home loan with Standard Bank
I have a home loan with Standard Bank. In 2020 I canceled the life insurance due to getting better cover elsewhere. On my statement I have still been charged this monthly premium. I want my money back, with interest. I went in to the bank and they tell me I need to use the call Centre. The call centre is useless because you hold for hours and then they drop the call.
