I have a funeral policy with standard bank and one of the person I insured passed away and standard bank hasn't pay out till today, my waiting period is the same day the deceased passed on bt different times

13 May 2026, 01:06Please look into the matter urgently as I had to borrow money while I had the policy. I took my policy in October 27, my 1st premium was paid early November and the 6th payment was done on the 13th of April then the deceased passed on on the 27th of April of which was the same day I joined the policy, I need to know am I not payed yet. What exactly is the problem for the hold up?
