I hate standard bank

I have a loan with standard bank and it has insurance now that i was retrenched due to covid i app**** for the insurance last year december didnt get feed back up until i call them and everytime i call them they tell me they will call me before end of the day till today no feed back im fedup cause they are deducting and my account is on a minus because of them standard bank is a bad bad bank i hate it nxa
