I had two enjoyable experiences in the past month from staff at Standard bank situated in the Kollonade Sentrum in Montana, Pretoria. I was greeted by Jan van Loggerenberg, the Customer services consultant with a genuine, hearty grin and a overall friendly demeanor. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. He directed me to the cashier Pearl, who assisted me at the ATM with a cash deposit. Today, Otsile effeciently assisted me in ordering a replacement bank card. Both ladies have lovely smiles and warm personalities. What a happy experience and service received from the three staff members. Well done Standard Bank.
