I had an rcp loan with standard bank... Some years ago it was handed over to McRoberts attorneys because of non payments. Now this year I started paying the account and in August I asked for a settlement where McRoberts attorneys then advised that standard bank had given me 20% discount. I accepted the offer and made payment arrangements for the settlement amount and settled. McRoberts sent me a paid up letter but I have not received any from standard bank instead they debited me in September while I was told by McRoberts that I have settled I then called in and asked for my paid up... I have tried to make follow up calls with no joy. My account shows a balance and shows that it's active on clear score meaning my records were not updated yet account was settled 2 months ago. I'd like someone from standard bank to call me and get back to me regarding this ASAP
