I dont know whats happening on my VAF account

Still dont know what is the status on my vehicle and asset finance account.

A lady called me this morning while I was in the doctors room. I asked her to send me something in writing but she said she could not do it.

I have no idea when my next payment is due. Surely Standard Bank should confirm everything in writing????
