I don't want to come into a branch

For some reason Standard Bank has decided to reduce my on-line payment limit to R0.

I need to make a payment today only to discover this.

When I contacted the call centre they advised that I need to come into a Branch to fix this.

Branches are not open on Sunday's and only during business hours in the week. So they want me to leave work and stand in a que during the day because they changed by limit.

I also asked for a list of branches to be sent to me. The call centre indicated that they couldn't do that but they could read of a list for me until we found one close to me. I thought she was being sarcastic until she actually starting reading the list.

The main reason I got internet banking is so that I do not need to go into a branch and can transact outside of business hours wherever I am in the world.

Could they kindly advise how to:
1. Fix this problem without me having to walk into a branch and que. *Beep* Bank doesn't make me do this.
2. Advise how to keep this from happening. I had the same issue last year.
