I do not understand this \RTD not provided"issue"""
I am student and I use smrt! Wallet prepaid electricity and everytime I try to recharge my electricity, the money returns and I also get charged R115 for unpaid fee . It has happened 4 times now. When the funds are returned it says \RTD not provided"."""
