I DO NOT owe you any money!

My Mastercard account has been paid up for YEARS...yet, when I check on my TransUnion as well as my Experian credit report, you say that my account is still open and that I owe you R5088.00<br> <br> I still recall receiving a paid up confirmation letter from the collection agency you handed me over to.<br> <br> Obviously someone is not doing their job. I know for a fact I owe you nothing - so....you need to rectify this on both credit bureas, and update my information ASAP.<br> Getting someone to understand what I'm saying over the phone is a nightmare!
