I do not know what to do

<p>I used to ahve accounts with you and amounts owing to you and I paid them more a year ago, these are my previous reference numbers with the ********** 917 and ********** 431 all with the promise that this was sorted.</p> <p> </p> <p>What is the problme now.</p>
