I closed my accounts, they are still charging me

in December 2014 i closed all my accounts, a year later getting legal threats. i immediately went back to the bank, i discovered all my accounts are open and in arrears. The consultant said \it is weird the accounts exist but i cant open it\" and \"the accounts must not have been fully closed\" also said that there are no notes on the account: not my problem. We requested statements per the consultants advice. That took 3 weeks and i returned twice to follow up. After the statements where received it was clear they where meant to be closed on the 18th Dec 14. The consultant was supposed to close them later but never did. A me Zimbini now declined the request to nullify account charges since there was automatic deductions on the account later on and since i received statements that should have alerted me of the account status. fair enough but I argue that the account should have been closed and any charges in later months (2) should have been denied, and i sent an unanswered concern to SB ***** division: \"i never had a credit card with standard bank, i did have a cheque with overdraft\" & \"I do not want to open the attachment giving it a password unless it is genuine.\""
