I closed it but still active

I thought Eskimo was bad but you take them cup. I had an account with you 5 years ago and closed it coz you could not help me by finding out where my money went. There was ***** on my account and you did not help at all so I closed my account. My medical aid made a mistake and transfered money into that old account went to their bank and was told it's active and was charged service fees for an account that I closed and did not want years ago. Why should I pay for something that I did not want it's not my fault and I want my money back and that account closed.
