I CANT COMPLAIN ABOUT STD BANK CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE THEIR IS NONE
Glad I am not the only one receiving bad service. I took an online loan last thursday, docs was requested which I sent the same day. It got approved and said that I will receive funds in 48hours its now been a week with just stories and holding on for hours when calling just to get no help. I Took the loan to fix my car which i use for work everyday and took it in after loan was approved so been without a car a week now and still no help from std bank side. But im surely not going to leave it here.
