I cannot get my substitution of a debtor done with this company.
It has been one month now and 3 people in your organization refuse to assist me.

This should be your bread and butter seeing that all your titles pertain to home loan assistance, yet i can't even get a callback or a response on email for over a month.
you have all my documents and you know what I am trying to achieve.
annoyed, irritated and fed up with this bank.
can someone with the ability to remedy this please contact the *********** staff above and pick up my request?
