I beg, please help me understand

<p>A few months ago, i was given warning that my bank account would be frozen, and that i would need to take my FICA documentation to get it reinstated.</p> <p> </p> <p>The weekend after this happened hubby and i went to the bank with a signed letter from our landlord, and a utility bill, we were told it wasnt suitable because of the fact that the landlords wife signed the letter, we were told by the Standard Bank consultants that we would need THEIR marriage certificate to prove their marriage. </p> <p> </p> <p>So we got a letter signed by the landlord. We were THEN ONCE AGAIN turned away because the letter INCLUDED THE STAND NUMBER OF THE PROPERTY. Eventhough the full address on there was correct, the fact that the stand number was there too... as an added extra.... was unacceptable.</p> <p> </p> <p>Then we get the letter amended, take it back to the bank..... AND WE GET TURNED AWAY BECAUSE ITS NOT SIGNED IN INK, BECAUSE I HAD TO PRINT THE LETTER!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep in mind that while all this was happening, i needed another bank account and i opened and FNB account USING THE SAME DOCUMENTS THAT STANDARD BANK KEEPS REJECTING!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Totally unacceptable, i am so upset... this account also happens to be my main account!</p>
