i am very disappointed with the service

Hi i have done a personal loan application and was so called approved i did the application on the 13th till this morning i had no feed back, i await wait feed back they mist tell me if it is declined or approved so i can go to another bank that will help understand it is for a funeral , i even spoke to t he complaints department of standard bank and they also cant help telling me they sent and email,please can i know the outcome by the end of business today.
