I am still waiting for the paid up letter for my credit card account that i settled

I posted the below review with Standard bank here on Hellow Peter on Wednesday and yesterday I was contacted by Clint Peterson but up until today I have not received the paid up letter. Please assist me to get a paid up letter for the credit card account.

My ID No is ****** and the account is my Credit Card that is under debt review.

I posted the below on Hello Peter and I thought the details are clear.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated as my debt counsellor cannot divert the funds to another account without the paid up letter.

I need my paid up letter today as I settled my account with them I am under debt review process n I have settled my STD Bank Credit card and I have requested a paid up letter. They are telling me that I will get it after 5 days while I need it now. The debt Councillor will deduct my account on 14th December 2018 and will process the payment towards the settled account and the refund will take another 7-14 days. I want to a paid up letter now so that I can give instructions to my debt counsellor to divert the money due to STD bank credit card towards another account. I was told to drop an email yesterday (Tuesday 11th/12/2018) which I did and it was successful but today when I call they say they did not get the email even though I received acknowledgement of my email.

Please help me to get my paid up letter today.
