I am so crushed and just soo sooo broken. I feel like when you try to do right people like these they klip your wings and send you back on the ground.

Debit order/ Stop Order arrangement was made with Standard bank for 2000 a month from my Current account on 25th of every month.

25/03/2017 Stop order went off successfully no problems, untill I get an sms for returned debit order. then I logged into my account to check whats happening. The stop order went through successfully and the Suprise of the year, they have also Debited my Access account Twice on 27/03/2017 with1 debit order being successful and one debit order returning unpaid.

I have now called three times: Spoke to Lesego ********** 258 who confirmed they have loaded the stop order of 2000.00 on their side and funds have been received. she is confirm one more debit order of 2000 to have been received as well on 27/03/2017 and another one to have been returned. but she is unable to reverse the extra debit order from my access account as they did not load that debit order. I then call *** as she has advise d Spoke to Eljerome (spelling not confirmed) who advises me they do not have any record of them calling me or any arrangement for any payment and after holding and holding he then transfers me to General queries as he is not authorised to do any reversal of debit orders.

I then speak to Carmen who confirms the debit orders; 1 Stop Order received from access account and 2. debit order received from Access account and 3. debit order returned for unpaid debits. she then advises they are not authorised to reverse any Standard bank debit orders and she will escalate.

I dont think Standard bank get this, I was unemployed for a year. my debts were left unpaid. I am now employed again and making arrangements to try get my account up to date. This is not the first time they over debit my account. I ended up owing 2 people money which took me 5 months to repay it after they double debited my account. Now again they are taking the money that has been saved into my account by people that trust me to save it for them. and Now I am suppose to run around trying to borrow 2000.00 again so I can give the monies back to them. Standard bank is working against me it is like the demon that is after my breakthrough.

Not only do I not have our Praise and Worship money but I also have a returned debit order record on my credit record. The same record I am starving myself and depriving myself to try and get my record clean now it will be reflecing unpaid debit orders. Standard bank told me they cannot process debit orders from my access account hence I openned a current account. How did you now activate a debit order from my access account.

I am suppose to pay off all my small debts so that I can review my repayment for this account by September. How am I gonna get there if you keep sending me backwards.

Please I need these funds released back to me before the end of this week as Praise and Worship needs to use their money for Pastors Birthday celebration which is this weekend.

And now I am being told stories about me being staff and not being Staff. I authorised 1 stop order of 2000.00 from my current account.

I refuse to go back to mashonisa after I just paid them off last week because of people that do not have any care and could not be bothered by their customers trying to sort their debts.

Thank you Carmen, I could sense in your voice that you wanted to do right.
