I am not happy with my Standard Bank Home loan
I am not happy with my Standard Bank Home loan I have been paying more than the requested monthly instalment since 2015, and now the Bank consultant is telling me the I have an additional outstanding amount of R 27 801 .97 which I owe excluding the Bond balance. She can't event explain how did i get to the that amount. Right now I have been paying an additional amount of R1 500 (for the past 7 months ) towards the Bond but I am told I owe the Bank . She won't even transfer me to the Bank manager, I am told I have to wait for 24 to 48 hour in order for me to get a response from the manager . I am really not happy with their service , and feel that I have wasted my hard earned money by paying more towards the Bond . I need answers , this is a serious matter. I cannot pay so much money and then experience such horrible treatment from the Bank
