I am magically buying with a credit card I do not have

I do not even have a credit card right now as the previous one was called because of *****. Yet this morning I allegedly spent money with it on 15 June as well as today. i recognise the names of the businesses in question associated with these charges but I bought from them at least a week ago. Is Stansard Bank duplicating charges or what is going on? How am I supposed to manage my credit when charges suddenly show up on days when they did not happen? I need an explanation of what is going on.
