I am human and made an error on account number now Standard Bank wont pay back the money

I have called standard bank on numerous accounts holding on for more than 30 min at a time with no air time "THANK GOD WAS WITH ME" I asked for a mere reverse on an account that I transferred money to. This was a transfer to my dad account.

to my devise standard bank could not help me and ask if i can call ABSA bank they said standard bank must do the reversal.

This is my dads rent money he is an elderly man and wiht out his pay he would end up on the street. I am really upset never felts so funereal in my life

the nedbank account holder can now use the money for what ever reason he/she feels fit whilts my dad need to suffer in silecne

Please standard bank help me get the money back
