I am having a homeloan with standard bank they increased my interest rate to 11
I am having a homeloan with standard bank they increased my interest rate to 11.95 without engaging me. I got a call from them today that I need to.make arrangement to pay which i agreed .why am i being charged twice on interest rate and payment arrangement I ask a reference for the call consultant said they dnt issue reference .
