I am done with Standard bank

I am a standard bank business client, I received an amount unknown in my business account. Before I couldn't get a call from my business Banker I was getting strange calls from unknown number requesting me to transfer the funds to them. I was surprised were they got my details and my LinkedIn profile. It's was clear to me that someone had leaked my information from standard bank. Since then my account has been blocked without any notification or sms and when I call they are investigating ***** on my account. The people who mistakenly transferred the money came to my workplace and visited my house physically demanding their money back my whole families live is at risk. I have went to the headoffice but I have not been assisted it is nearly a month and three weeks since this happened and no one seems to bother to resolve the matter. I have sent all documents to Transactional******** as they requested but still no response. I am not sure how long it takes for ***** to conclude with investigations. All the account which I has sent money to were blocked and they have since been unfrozen it's only the standard bank account which is taking time. I am still a victim to threats of Unknown people looking for their money but it's only standard bank who can help with this predicament. My Banker name is Caroline chauchau who isn't helpful in assisting to get this matter resolved. All I get is that the matter is being escalated to the ***** department but no response.
