I am disgusted by Standard Bank inconsistency and bad service with my Term Loan

I have a term loan with Standard Bank and my account was handed to lawyers called blake and associates who are a nuisance to my life. Today i spoke to a lady in collections department by the name of Lindiwe who told me i need to pay R450 or so and the line cut before we could conclude the conversation and of course they will never phone back. On the first of April i made a payment of more than my installment (R1100), on the 10 topped up by R100 but still received a text message that said no payment was made for this month. Today i made payment 0f R450 thats clears my arrears but the the guy named Marel from collections said he can’t retrieve my account because it was handed but he confirmed my payments made. Theres too much inconsistencies with this department. I want to understand why is account retrievable and why am i not statement for my accounts to see how am doing in terms payments. Handed over to attorneys without my knowledge.

I have insurance on the account but does not help me with anything not even when Covid19 pandemic began and when trying to cancel it i was i can’t do that i cant changed.
