I am being refused to decline the bond

I am being treated unfairly and ********* by Willem Nieuwoudt the managing member of Billrand Real estate Solutions. He is forcing me to accept a bond with Standard bank and if I don't he is saying I will have to pay the cancellation fee. The cancellation fee for what, as I am not happy with his service and I have not signed anything with the attorneys and also the house will only be built next year in October. This is unfair and *********. <br> <br> I explained to him that I was not happy with his service as he did not give me all the information about the bond and that I don't want to go ahead with the bond. He is refusing. I have nt signed anything with the attorneys and the house will only be built next year in October so nothing has been built at the site as yet. He is worried that he is going to lose the stand if I don't sign the bond. <br> Can the bank please intervene in this matter and assist me to cancel this bond as I honestly don't want to do business with this developer? He does not care about providing a good service to his clients he is only concerned about giving them wrong information to the clients so that they can sign the bond documents so that he can make money. <br>
