I am actually beyond words...
I have probably had 10 interactions on my a interest calculation query with credit card division. It seems this bank is completely incapable of providing me with the calculation based on which they charged me interest. This is supposed to be a BANK but this BANK cannot provide a simple monetary calculation. It is mind boggling! Thay have thrown every dumb fob off answer at me but simply answer my question ... they CANNOT do it. What would that tell you about them?
