I am a long-standing Standard Bank customer and I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received regarding the closure of my account and the release of my funds. On 23rd May 2026, I visited a Standard Bank branch and was assisted by Ivy M
COMPLAINT REGARDING FAILURE TO PROCESS ACCOUNT CLOSURE AND RELEASE OF FUNDS.
