Human rights violated by Standard Bank debt review

Standard Bank debt review has ignored honoring the new payment arrangement made in May 2021 ,rather they sold my accounts credit card and overdraft to about 5 attorneys while in the negotiations, without informing me of these sales , these attorneys are harassing and threatening me every minute on my cell phone for two years .Standard Bank is intentionally avoiding my queries, They are not responding to any of my e mails.At this moment they haven't responded to a Standard bank Manager for 4 weeks now about my issue.....Kindly resolve his matter as I have not refused to pay and have never failed paying my accounts.
