How your bank punishes you for their acting in bad faith even when you have not!!!
A very brief summary: I have always struggled financially but over the last 11 years it has continuously got steadily worse along with all my other circumstances. I am unemployed and destitute and was evicted in June last year. In late March, just after the lockdown was announced, I realised I had not paid my Bluebean account in several months. With immediate effect, I repeatedly sought to contact the bank to discuss my situation (in every possible way and by every possible means and via every possible platform). I have had little to no response until now upon receipt of an email from lawyers saying a judgement will be made against me. I have responded but heard nothing back. I did eventually make contact by phone for maybe only the 3rd or 4th time during that period and they said they have my "story" on record but they can do nothing since it has been handed over and I basically have no right to be angry. I have sent the lawyer and other/s copies of most of my written communications (primarily originated by myself and occasionally in response to invoices from the bank). What would they have me do, ********** myself? I have no income, assets or job or home or possessions.
