How useless STD Bank is they don't care about their clients

Still after opening the account on the 11 December 2020 the money is not transferred to the account, I was asked to send the same documents certified through my lawyer until today I have not received any response from STD Bank bear in mind my daughter passed away on the 14 August 2020 until now her money is not transferred
