How stupid can you get?!

<p>i was smashed and grabed yesterday, have been on the phone most of the day and when i wanted to pay my bills i could not because of the OTP and phoned standard bank and was told to go in to the closes bank. How can you expect/force me to drive and park my car in a open parking without a window?</p>
