how rude n arrogant she was

I went to open account at standard bank in arcadia branch as am venda I asked for venda consultant suprisely kagiso makhubula she forced me to speak sotho not medium language wich is english n she was rude n arrogant I asked to see a manager she told me to wait outside her office as she want to help another client which it didn't sit well with me coz I was waiting for her to call the manager,which no one helped me I called their customer relations which they battle to help or speaking venda is a crime in standard bank branch???or is being rasist towards venda?? No guys pull up your sox n accomodate us venda as we accomodate other nation
