How many years before you do your job?

<p>Shockin shocking how you disregard formal requests!!!!! I have requested from the Durban North business banker on more than one occasion to move branch from Northcliff to Durban North. This has still not been done in over 5 years!!!!!!! I have gone in with hubby to give him full signing power on the business account years ago and filled in all the paperwork with the business banker at the durban north branch and he is told that he doesnt have any??????????? Seriously??????? I am in Ireland for business for a few months and need to do EFT yet for some sort of reason it is 0 limit. Try and set limit on app but it tells me to go into my branch!!!!???? Will you pay my airfare to return and come and sign everything again because your staff can not do their jobs????? Please sort this out asap as the business will suffer and I will hold you responsible!!!!!!!!! I am only available on an Irish cell at the moment. This is ridiculous!!!!! Should I rather close the account? I have added hubby's number as I only have an Irish number at the moment</p>
